What happens:
Once plans are finalized, we provide a detailed estimate for your approval. Once you're ready, we sign a building contract and begin the permit process.

What happens:
Now the fun begins—choosing the finishes that make your home uniquely yours.

You'll pick:
Flooring, tile, and countertops
Cabinets and paint colors
Fixtures and hardware
We’ll guide you every step of the way to make sure it all ties together beautifully.

What happens:
Once we break ground, we’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates and walkthroughs.

Expect:
Weekly or bi-weekly progress updates (photos, milestones)
Site meetings at key stages (framing, electrical, etc.)
Open communication—we're always just a call away

What happens:
Once the home is complete, we do a detailed walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets expectations.
